Title: Polish Onion Muffins

| 1 1/2 | c | Flour |
| 1 | ts | Sugar |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
| 1/2 | ts | Baking soda |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1/2 | ts | Dill |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 2 | tb | Butter, melted |
| 1 | c | Buttermilk |
| 1/4 | c | Grated onion |
| 1 | tb | Melted butter |
| 1 | tb | Poppyseeds |
Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk liquids together including onion ( except 1 tbs butter). Blend into the drys quickly.Spoon into muffin cups and brush tops with the 1 tbs. melted butter. sprinkle on poppyseeds. Bake 400 15 to 20 minutes or tested done. make 10
